Return Policy

15-Day Return Policy:
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return Process:

Package Your Item: Securely package your item(s) along with all original packaging and any accessories that were included.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective).

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 2 business days.

Refund Options:
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping charges.
Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
